How do I check the status of my order?
If you are attempting to track your order, please go to the Track My Order page and enter your tracking number here to see your order status.
My order has been sent, but why don't I see tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.
Where can I find answers to all my shipping questions, including international shipments?

How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time is 1-3 days. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for shipping for your item to be delivered (some items may ship sooner than others as it depends on the stock location, demand, and COVID-19 outbreak in your country).
What is this store return and exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are available if there are defect(s) in the product(s), and it is brought to our attention within 30 business days from when the product was received. Check it out, along with return instructions here.
I did not receive all of my items. What to do?
It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped from different distributors causing different arrival times. Contact us for more information about specific orders, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel or change my address/order?
We process a ton of orders and work quickly. Although you are very important and beautiful, we don’t have the systems to accommodate canceling or changing once your order is made and entered the big wide world of warehouse land. Ensure your order details (size, style, billing and shipping addresses, etc.) before you checkout.
If you decide you want to cancel/change your order email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped, it is too late to cancel/change your order.
