We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during COVID-19 outbreak. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping Times:

USA - 7-15 business days;

International - 5-20 business days.

Orders can be shipped and fulfilled from the main Neophile warehouse or multiple distribution centers around the world. Depending on the product and inventory most products will ship from our warehouses located in the United States / Singapore / Shanghai.
